RN House Supervisor-NIGHTS

Currently looking for a RN Nightshift House Supervisor in the rural hospital setting in Beautiful Oregon. 3 years of nursing experience. Proficient in OB, Med / Surg, ICU and the ER. BSN preferred or within 3 years of hire.
Responsibilities of the RN House Supervisor :
supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities and ensures adequate staffing for the oncoming shift. Handles occurrences during the shift, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication.
Requirements of the RN House Supervisor :
- 3 years of nursing experience
- Experience in Med / Surg / Tele / ICU and ED is preferred.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in an accredited course to obtain within 3 years of hire.
