Our client located in northeast Missouri is seeking a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with working the night shift and be ASCP certified. This is an immediate hire, so do not delay in submitting your application to us today.
Responsibilities of the Medical Laboratory Technician:
- Accurately analyze and report all laboratory tests ordered by the medical staff.
- Maintain patient safety through attention to detail, equipment safety checks, adherence to department policies.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff, other departments, physicians, and peers.
Requirements of the Medical Laboratory Technician:
- Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or Chemical, Physical, Biological Science
- ASCP certified
