MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE HR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Our client is seeking a Director of HR / Human Resources to oversee the Human Resources and Organization Development / Service Excellence departments within the hospital / healthcare setting.
Beautiful location within the state of Vermont.
Master's Degree is Required! 10 years of healthcare human resources management experience, 5 at the director level. Professional certifications preferred.
MUST HAVE UNION LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources
- Ability to interact with and engage all levels of management as well as individuals from all levels of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Ability to effectively work with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of all HR functional areas with an emphasis on EEOC laws and requirements, federal and state employment laws, immigration requirements and ADA required.
- Knowledgeable regarding budget development.
- Expert knowledge of labor relations and a proven track record in rendering expert, consultative advice on labor issues.
