A nonprofit hospital located in a city in northern California is seeking an ARRT Radiologic Technologist to fill a full-time permanent position in the Radiology department. This Diagnostic Technologist may also float to remote locations as needed. This facility is focused on quality patient care and desires a tech with previous experience as a Diagnostic Technologist. Responsibilities of Radiologic Technologist :
- Performs imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision
- Perform all general diagnostic radiographic exams and may also be cross-trained in other imaging modalities
- The Diagnostic Technologist operates X-ray equipment, manipulates digital images, prepares the patients room, equipment, supplies, and contrast media
