What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service & General Support Administrator position at Radius Systems, LLC?
Job Summary
Seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to provide administrative support to for the Service department. The duties of this position include:
o Performing all service details relating to service software and cost accounting system functions
o Initiate and process service jobs – work order, service contracts, service adds
o Understand, verification, and process work order service tickets and invoices on service contracts, and T&M
o Maintain all project documentation and supporting backup
o Support of handling incoming and scheduled service calls
o Maintain and update warranty expiration dates
o Continuing to update and development of the SOP and documentation of support for all service department administrative duties
o Handle phone communication with clients and technicans, including answering/directing calls, interface with after-hours call center, etc.
o Assist with external customer communication to support project manager(s), including performance/payment bonds, customer correspondence, billing questions, resolution of questions/disputes, safety, billing, A/R, documentation transmittals, RFI’s, warranty letters, lien wavers, submittal tracking, etc.
o Provide support to in management of subcontract activities – assemble subcontracts, collect/manage subcontractor certified payroll reports, and monthly billing
o Assist and support other admins with transition projects from sales department to operations, including all job initialization functions related to setup in our accounting system, contract processing, subcontract processing, bonding, tax exempt certificates, drug testing, new client credit checks, etc.
o Provide additional support to other administrative personnel as needed
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
- High school diploma, plus post H.S. education/training in office administration and/or accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Experience with ERP such as Sage, Quickbooks or equivalent platforms
- Working knowledge of IT standards – TCP/IP, MS networking, Windows OS
- Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, smartphones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
