We're seeking a full-time Tax Data Analyst to join our Tax Team! This role is responsible for analyzing and managing tax-related data to support compliance, reporting, and automation initiatives. This role involves extracting, transforming, and interpreting tax data, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across tax systems. Additionally the role will collaborate with tax, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes using tools like Alteryx, SQL, and Excel, helping to improve tax efficiency and reporting accuracy.
This role can be REMOTE or HYBRID based on the candidates location.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update databases monthly for timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform quarterly comparisons to ensure accuracy and identify variances.
- Implement process improvements using Alteryx to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Prepare regular reports on data analysis for management review
- Assist in developing and executing data policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Project Manager and business units to develop and refine data tables for new and existing ERP systems.
- Assist with data audits, inquiries, and data gathering.
- Work to improve data accuracy and the processes for collecting data
- Ad hoc projects as required

What We Offer :
Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 bonus potential
