When you join our company, you will help us as a Business Development Manager :

For this position, you must have :

  • Develop business development plans and sales strategies to grow customer portfolio
  • Prospect clients according to Radix’s strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand clients’ needs, and position solutions effectively
  • Lead business meetings and demonstrate solutions to clients in meetings and workshops
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Generate leads and opportunities pipeline
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for promoting services and digital technology solutions for the industry
  • Leverage value-driven sales processes while showcasing deep expertise in Radix's solutions
  • Track and report sales activities and KPIs, and forecast sales results
  • Deliver timely and valuable insights internally and collaborate with technical teams and corporate functions to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and sales materials
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and business terms with clients, emphasizing value and ROI
  • Develop commercial and technical proposals

Key qualifications & experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferred bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
  • 7 years of experience
  • Industry domain knowledge in Oil & Gas and Chemical. Ability to articulate discussions about value chains for refining, midstream, and chemical
  • Desired MBA
  • Previous experience with industrial software from main vendors like Honeywell, Emerson, AVEVA, OSISoft, Hexagon, SAP, GE, and / or other similar
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
