Your Impact
As a Client Success Manager, you will be directly responsible for shaping the success of enterprise clients by leveraging strategic insight, resilience, and curiosity to drive continuous value. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor on all aspects of their business
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide guidance and recommendations on how Radix products and services can help them achieve those goals
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and develop strategic plans to capitalize on those opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of value-added services
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders on client performance, satisfaction, and engagement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
Experience
- 3 years in client success, account management, or consulting roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience within the Multifamily Industry is a plus.
