Your Impact

As Head of Product you will define and execute Radix's product vision, leading a team of passionate product managers to build innovative, data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for scaling the product organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of curiosity, resilience, and impact . Your ability to think strategically, inspire teams, and execute with precision will directly shape Radix's trajectory as a category leader in multifamily data insights.

Product Vision & Strategy : Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Radix's mission, ensuring our platform delivers measurable value to customers.

Market-Defining Solutions : Drive the creation of data-driven SaaS products that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for the multifamily industry.

Key Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and lead a clear product vision with courage and in alignment with business goals and market needs.

Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Drive curiosity within the team to deeply understand customer pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to inform product priorities and strategy.

Maintain a pulse on competitors and evolving market needs, ensuring that we maintain our competitive advantage.

Own the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases.

Inspire and lead teams through change and champion a culture of resilience that embraces challenges and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Develop frameworks for prioritization, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic investments.

Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, responsibility, and impact .

What You Bring

Experience

8 years in product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams in a SaaS environment.

Proven experience scaling product organizations in high-growth companies.

Strong background in data-driven products, analytics, and platform development.

Skills

Deep expertise in product strategy, road-mapping, and agile development methodologies.

Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to drive impactful product decisions.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
