What You Bring
Essential Qualifications
Proven ability to map complex business problems to data-driven solutions with measurable impact.
Advanced proficiency in Python and its data science / AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
5-10 years of applied AI / ML experience, including work with forecasting models, classification systems, and transformer-based architectures.
Expertise in optimization techniques, including statistical methods, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
Hands-on experience with tools like R, Python, SQL, and optimization platforms like CPLEX or Gurobi.
Demonstrated success in innovative product development and deployment.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
Industry knowledge of multifamily housing or similar asset-heavy, utilization-driven business models.
