Responsibilities for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
- Represent Radix Solar with professionalism, increasing awareness of solar energy and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high-quality experience.
- Achieve or surpass both individual and team sales goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your leadership abilities.
- Responsibilities vary depending on the role, including tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals through an in-home sales process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by proactively managing client accounts.
Qualifications for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
- Strong communication abilities
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Capable of working under pressure to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Resourceful, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays when required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
