Responsibilities for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
- Represent Radix Solar professionally by promoting solar awareness and becoming an expert in solar energy
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a positive, high-quality experience
- Achieve or exceed both individual and team sales targets
- Engage in ongoing training to improve your skills and develop leadership abilities
- Daily responsibilities will vary based on the role, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing sales through an in-home process
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively managing client accounts
Qualifications for the Solar Sales Energy Consultant:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Coachable, self-motivated, and driven
- Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales goals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
