Job Description:
Navistar is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead and guide teams in their Agile transformation. The role involves mentoring, facilitating, and driving the adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile transformation and promote an Agile mindset across teams and leadership.
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to improve Agile practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions.
Identify and resolve team or organizational impediments.
Define and track Agile metrics to improve team performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
Required Skills:
12 to 15 years of experience, with 7 years as an Agile Coach.
Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven experience in driving Agile transformations in large organisations.
Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
Experience coaching teams and leaders at all levels.
