Job Description :
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead project planning, define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering, operations, procurement, supply chain, and QA teams.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Proactively address and manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget & Resource Management:
Monitor and manage project budgets.
Ensure resource allocation and track project costs against the budget.
Timeline & Milestone Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Adjust timelines as necessary to accommodate project changes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Communicate issues, risks, and solutions to all relevant parties.
Quality Control:
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality checks and review final outputs.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement improvements to project management processes.
Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, plans, reports).
Provide timely and accurate project progress reports.
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification).
8 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product development cycles. Knowledge of Agile or waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
PMP Certification
Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
