What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN- LTC position at RADIXSOL SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED?

Submittal Qualifiers:
- Does candidate have an LPN license in the State of South Dakota or Compact State
- Does the candidate have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Long Term Care setting?
- Does the candidate have an active BLS issued through American Heart Association?
Specialty Profile Notes:
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long Term Care setting is required. Will float to Assisted Living as needed for medication pass.
Requirements: Licensed as an LPN in the State of South Dakota or compact state and BLS issued through American Heart Association are required.
Shift:
11.5-hour shifts; 6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM, will work every other weekend. Schedule is provided one month in advance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
