Basic Requirements:
- Previous 6 months of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
- Patient Care Management
- Medication Administration.
- Care Plan Development.
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Supervision of Nursing Assistants and Staff
- Compliance and Safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS
- Compact/ Single State RN License
- EMR/ Charting Experience
- Covid Vaccinated/ Medical Exemption
- 2 Professional References
