What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Long Term Care position at RADIXSOL SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED?
Local pay rate -$50- $60/hr
Travel Pay rate- $55-$68/hr
Experience required: Minimum of 2 years experience working as an RN in a Long Term Care setting required. Residents are broken into three groups and staff rotate groups. RN will need to be experienced with starting IVs and administering lab draws.
Requirements: Licensed as an RN in the State of South Dakota, or Compact State and active BLS issued by American Heart Association are required.
Shifts: Will be working 12 hour shifts; 6:00AM-6:30PM or 6:00PM-6:30AM. Will work every other weekend. Schedule is posted 4 weeks at a time.
Job description:
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administering non-intravenous medications.
- Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
