What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel LPN position at RADIXSOL SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED?
**Travel LPN only**
Submittal Qualifiers:
- Is candidate licensed as an LPN in the State of Nebraska, or Compact State?
- Does candidate have an active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association?
- Does candidate have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long Term Care setting?
- Is the candidate's permanent residence farther than 50-mile radius from York Hearthstone facility?
Specialty Profile Notes:
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a Long Term Care setting required. Will be required to float to all house holds in the facility.
Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska, or Compact State and active BLS issued by American Heart Association are required.
**Will not accept candidates whose permanent residence is within 50 miles of the facility**
Shifts: Will be working 8 hour shifts: 6:00AM-2:30PM, 2:00PM-10:30PM, 10:00PM-6:30AM. Schedule is posted 4 weeks at a time. Culture is very important at Hearthstone and travelers are expected to be reliable and flexible and work the shifts that are needed by the facility.

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
