About the Role:
- Provide primary and specialty care to geriatric patients, including those with chronic conditions, cognitive impairments, and multiple comorbidities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical histories, physical exams, and functional assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
