Basic Requirements:
- Previous 6 months of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS
- Compact/ Single State LPN License
- EMR/ Charting Experience
- Covid Vaccinated/ Medical Exemption
- 2 Professional Reference
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
