Job Title: LPN/T-LPN
Location: Lebanon Nursing and Rehab, Lebanon
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours per Week
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $47.25
- Traveler Rate: $1512/week
- Stipend: $1000/week
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/T-LPN to join the team at Lebanon Nursing and Rehab for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, working with patients in need of rehabilitation and long-term care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
- Assist in patient care planning and daily activities
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid LPN/T-LPN license
- Previous experience in a nursing home, rehab, or long-term care facility preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BLS certification (if required)
- Must be available to work the designated shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat)
