Minimum of 2 years experience working as an MDS Coordinator in a Long Term Care setting required. May need RN to occasionally work as an RN on the floor when coverage need arises. 40 bed LTC facility serving long term care and skilled care residents. No memory support residents are at this facility. They average 34 residents. Traveler will need to have reliable transportation to the assignment as there is not public transportation available in Lemmon, SD, such as Uber or Lyft. Lemmon, SD has a grocery store (Lemmon IGA), Family Dollar, Dollar General, Red Barn Bakery, Flower Box and The Daily Grind, and Romancin’ the Range Boutique. The closest Wal-Mart would be 90 miles away. For housing, the facility does have spacious apartments available for rent
