AI Engineer, AVP
A multinational European bank with a growing tech centre in Cary, North Carolina, is hiring for a AI Engineer, AVP. After another successful year, they are looking to expand their teams to work on the new projects approved, which will give you exposure to the whole life cycle of development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, leading the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions for CB Tech. This role requires working with large datasets, running experiments, and staying current with AI/machine learning advancements and innovation while leading the Corporate Bank (CB) Tech efforts in modernizing the engineering landscape.
What they're looking for:
- AI Expertise and proficiency in frameworks (Langchain, Streamlit or similar), libraries (Scikit-learn or similar) and cloud platforms (Vertex AI or OpenAI)
- Prompt Engineering & Red Amber Green (RAG) skills in crafting effective prompts and enhancing AI outputs with external data integration
- NLP Strong knowledge understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI technologies
- Deployment & Operations experience in model deployment, monitoring, optimization (MLOps), and problem-solving
- Proficiency with cloud-native orchestration systems (Docker/Kubernetes), Python or Java, and Structured Query Language (SQL); as well as knowledge of RESTful design
This role is a full-time, regular employment and not C2C/contract and will be on hybrid set up (3x week in the office in Cary, North Carolina)
