Your Role:
- Take ownership of a dynamic power and environmental commodities portfolio, structuring innovative deals and maximizing value.
- Develop and execute trading strategies, pricing complex contracts, and optimizing positions across multiple time horizons.
- Collaborate across teams to originate and structure new opportunities, working closely with risk, credit, and trading functions.
- Shape strategy in a startup-style environment, where agility, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking drive success.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience owning a book and P&L, with a strong ability to manage risk and drive profitability.
- Expertise in power and/or environmental markets—renewables experience is a plus but not essential.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for pricing structured and non-standard contracts.
