Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Examination Expert to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients, monitoring patient well-being during exams, and responding to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients
- Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients
- Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information
- Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions
- Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting
- Demonstrate ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships
Requirements
- ARRT(R) certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
