century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcome.

You Will :

  • Supports Director and / or Vice President of Operations with special projects.
  • Oversees and directs all aspects of the practices clinical operations for the organization, ensures alignment with organizational strategy and utilizes best practices and continuous improvement processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitors and assures compliance with Quality Assurance Programs.
  • Works with Contracting Manager and medical groups to develop business relationships.
  • Promotes and supports the companys vision, mission, and values.
  • Achieves targeted volumes for business unit.
  • Manages team members and business operations to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Remains informed and anticipates potential pitfalls within the operation and works toward timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Prepares operating budgets and effectively analyzes performance against those budgets.
  • Effectively utilizes team members ensuring appropriate levels of productivity.
  • Manages costs and expenses appropriately.
  • Oversees financial management of the business unit.
  • Develops strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
  • Recommends or seeks out new business opportunities.
  • Trains new managers.
  • Works to increase retention and reduce avoidable turnover.
  • Maintains employee morale and employee satisfaction at levels conducive to maintaining high productivity.
  • Sets clear and specific expectations / objectives for employees and departments.
  • Approves employee performance evaluations during review periods.
  • Ensures that all performance evaluations are completed, conducted, and submitted on time.
  • Recognizes and provides coaching, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
  • Provides team members with support and motivation.
  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views.
  • Demonstrates ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Promotes flexibility in staff utilization across teams and departments.
  • Delegates work appropriately and follows through to ensure optimal results.
  • Provides team members development opportunities as appropriate.
  • Demonstrates a high level of competency and ensures team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Responsible for safeguarding on-site medications following Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements and ensures employee adherence to on-site medication policies
  • Demonstrates and ensures team members a high level of respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on-site or on patient portals.
  • Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrates high-level respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions, including team members' interactions with one another.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting, and ensures team members adherence to the same expectation.
  • Demonstrates and exhibits the behavior that fosters an environment that is nurturing and ensures cooperative and collaborative working relationships.

  • Understands how external forces in the healthcare industry affect operations and revenues.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives.
  • A bility to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • A bility to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members.
  • A bility to delegate responsibility and authority to team members.
  • A bility to maintain proactive relationship with referring physicians.
  • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of developing budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills in interactions with staff, peers in senior management.
  • Maintains a team mentality within Clinical Operations and as a member of senior management.
  • A four-year degree in business administration or health care administration is required.
  • Six or more years of experience in the radiology service industry and management experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of Contracting and experience working with medical groups is required.
  • A valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record are required.
  • Pay Range :

    USD $80,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 / Yr.

    Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
