When you join us as a Director of Data Solutions, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will

  • Develop and execute a unified data solutions strategy that aligns with RadNet’s goals, fostering collaboration across RadNet and commercial partners.
  • Architect adaptable and efficient data systems utilizing a broad ecosystem of tools and technologies for enterprise and adaptive warehousing, diverse analytical workloads, and performance optimization.
  • Leverage advanced knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) and databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to build scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions.
  • Design systems capable of integrating and processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to meet diverse workload demands, including AI and ML.
  • Implement and optimize PolyBase, PostgreSQL extensions, and other comparative technologies to enhance data access and interoperability.
  • Lead research and development initiatives to create analytical models, workflows, and algorithms tailored to RadNet’s internal operational needs.
  • Partner with digital health teams to adapt data workflows, algorithms, and tools for client-facing applications, driving proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
  • Lead BI initiatives to deliver actionable insights through application and operational reporting.
  • Oversee advanced analytics models to support organizational decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, BI professionals, and R&D specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all data systems and processes adhere to healthcare data privacy regulations and governance standards. Develop and enforce policies for data security, quality, and compliance.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or architecture, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of data management best practices, data integration patterns, and data quality principles
  • 8 years of experience with database systems, SQL, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, R, MDX, DAX
  • Proficiency in integrating and optimizing diverse data types (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) for analytical, AI, and ML workloads.
  • Expertise in advanced data tools (e.g., PolyBase, PostgreSQL extensions) and BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Big Data technologies.
  • Background in API development and scripting languages (Python, R) for advanced analytics and BI.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • In addition to the above qualifications, experience with SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Self-Service BI tools are highly recommended.
