When you join RadNet as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will

  • Leads a team of analysts and specialists responsible for testing and maintaining a list of enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Frequently communicates development content with RadNet Clinical Operations Leadership.
  • Works closely with the Manager of Radiology Information Systems Solutions.
  • Must clearly understand the company's current system development and future business needs.
  • Delegates strategically to employees to work towards innovative and preventative solutions.
  • Identifies software bugs and documentation gaps.
  • Must be well-informed on bug fixes and enhancements before software upgrades.
  • Communicates regularly with the Clinical Operations and Development Team.
  • Maintains all testing documentation for Compliance.
  • Works with the product management teams to develop and improve the functionality of RIS applications and systems.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycles.
  • Lead and support customers during the SDLC.
  • Optimizes workflows and creates educational documentation.
  • Ensures the appropriate documentation is provided for new features and corresponding training.
  • Creating test scripts or structured plans for testing product quality.
  • Coordinating ongoing test activities for multiple projects at one time.
  • Reading and analyzing technical documents, specifications, and published requirements to ensure accuracy and identify prime areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining records of known bugs, tracking ongoing errors, and performing workflow testing to ensure bugs are properly resolved.
  • Supporting and conducting training sessions for RadNet Management for downline training and communications, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisition implementations as necessary.
  • Regularly monitoring and analyzing the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure financial optimization.
  • Providing support and coverage for insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy.
  • Travel is required for this position approximately 20% of the time.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • College education in a related field is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary
  • Management experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with radiology processes and software is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be meticulous and self-motivated
  • Problem-solving skills are a must
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
  • High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution
  • Experience with software development lifecycles
