Job Summary
The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager will be responsible to effectively implement and execute strategic initiatives throughout the East Coast region of Radnet. The position is responsible for overseeing the structure, organization and coordination in leading teams / staff to achieve the overall clinical objective. The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager is also responsible for implementation of best practices within the clinical operations arena to achieve extraordinary and consistent results. This position requires a diverse working knowledge of imaging center operations.
You will :
- Create and manage detailed long & short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
- Hold team members accountable for deliverables and due dates.
- Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
- Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine project success.
