Radnor Valley Country Club is hiring Banquet Bartenders. Radnor Valley is a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work community. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages at various events, while creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service.
This position is Part Time, fewer than 30 hours a week. Hours are flexible based on our events schedule. The right individual is someone who is mature, self-motivated, and has experience working on a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout events
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take drink orders, and provide recommendations when appropriate
- Ensure that all guests are served responsibly, following all legal requirements and company policies regarding alcohol service
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene if necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
- Collaborate with other banquet staff to ensure smooth event service, including assisting with the setup and breakdown of the bar area
- Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards in handling food, beverages, and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of bar stations before the event and clean up afterward, including washing glasses and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have:
- Dependability
- Reliability - must have reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills with members and staff
- A neatly groomed appearance, including clean shaven with no visible tattoos or face piercings
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and liquor
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items up to 25 lbs.
- RAMP certification or other alcohol service certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Education, Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Bartending experience preferred but not required
We’re a non-tipping facility with an elevated hourly wage.
