Food Service Runner

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Food Service Runner serves as the liaison between the kitchen and the dining room
• Food Runners will deliver food expedited from the kitchen to the appropriate table numbers
• Each visit the food service runner makes to the table will be with purpose; engaging and professional
• Food runners can be relied on to remove soiled plates whenever they have the opportunity
• Must have basic knowledge of customer service
• Must have a friendly demeanor when present in the restaurant
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while keeping a professional demeanor

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

• Dependability
• Reliability - must have reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills with members and staff
• A neatly groomed appearance, including clean shaven with no visible tattoos or face piercings

Preferred Education, Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

We’re a non-tipping facility with an elevated hourly wage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
