Radnor Valley Country Club is hiring a Ladies Locker Room Attendant. Radnor Valley is a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work community. As a Locker Room Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Radnor Valley’s standards of presentation.
This position is seasonal April through October. Hours are flexible based on the time of season. The right individual is someone who is mature, self-motivated, and has experience working on a team. Position to start mid-March. Approximately 30-36 hours/week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the locker room and adjacent areas in an efficient manner
- Interact with members, guests, and fellow team members in a respectful and professional manner
- Routinely deep clean showers, restrooms, and changing room on a daily basis
- Regularly walk your designated area, assessing cleanliness, product supplies, laundry, trash, etc.
- Washes, folds, and stocks towels and ensures the facility is neat and orderly

- A neatly groomed appearance, including clean shaven with no visible tattoos or face piercings
Preferred Education, Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Housekeeping/Locker Room experience preferred
Availability:
- Weekly hours can be flexible for the right individual
- Individual will need to be available during both week days, weekends and holidays
- Individual will need to be available in the Spring, Summer, and Fall season
We’re a non-tipping facility with an elevated hourly wage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
