Role Description
This is a full-time Senior IT PMP role with strong Pega and Java experience. This is the primary management position to modernize 60 applications. The position involves overseeing project management, developing and maintaining IT solutions, and ensuring that project goals are aligned with organizational objectives. The role requires managing several teams and coordinating with various stakeholders. This is a hybrid role located in Lanham, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Overall 15 years of experience in IT
- Strong experience in Pega and Java development
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage hybrid work, balancing onsite and remote tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in governance and business intelligence is a plus
