What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cloud Operations Engineer position at Radware?
As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you’ll be a key member in managing our cloud operation, mainly focusing on the production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be part of the CloudOps engineers, managing the development and progress of Radware’s cloud, and ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability as Radware’s customer base grows continually.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities.
Monitor and optimize Radware cloud.
Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product, and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of cloud features and services, while proactively communicating progress and blockers.
Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud operations and processes.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in Cloud Operation.
Proven experience working in large-scale cloud production, providing mission-critical services to large enterprise customers.
Expert knowledge of application-level services, CDNs, and WAF protection services.
Expert knowledge and experience with Wireshark and packet analysis.
