About the Team : Cloud Service Center Team provides immediate and direct support for our cloud customers, and acts as the first line of response for all Radware’s cloud customers ensuring the continued functioning of protected services and, ultimately, customer satisfaction.
What is the job : The Cloud Service Center Engineer fuels the success of customers by serving as the primary contact for Radware related issues. You will be the first line of response for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their cloud services and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring cloud services, performing basic troubleshooting, and providing timely support to resolve issues. If you are an energetic, upstart engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people under pressure, this could be the position for you.
What you need :
- At least 1 year experience in application security or Master's degree in Cyber Security
- Good understanding of network design (e.g. LAN / WAN, switches / routers, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF) and protocols (e.g., IPv4, TCP / IP, VPN, IPSec, HTTP, DNS)
- Good understanding of and experience with Layers 3, 4, and 7 network & security fundamentals
- Wireshark, Kali Linux
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 web application security
- Experience in a customer facing / support role
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities
- Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in network communications – Routing – BGP, TCP, packet analyzing.
- Work schedule Monday to Saturday working five days per week including two Saturdays per month. Willing to be on alert during off-work hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate, sync and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution
- Create and follow runbooks to assure system health and KPI
- Perceptive, fast learner, and able to perform well under pressure
