Radware is looking for a Solution Architect to join the Product Management team. The Solution Architect will work closely with PMs, R&D, QA, Delivery and Engineering to deliver innovative cloud and On Prem solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, and stakeholders to tailor technology blueprints to business requirements.
- Develop, describe, and manage solution architecture, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, both Cloud and On Prem.
- Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) for new features or initiatives to validate feasibility and performance.
- Translate business processes and user requirements into functional requirements and solution designs.
- Develop an understanding of our existing Cloud infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas with focus on Service Excellence
- Identify opportunities for synergy across Cloud and On Prem products to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the services based on customer insights and performance metrics.
