JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 9.30am-6.30pm
This position is responsible for operating high lift equipment for the purpose of surplus inventory order fulfillment at the Willingboro facility
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safe operation of all heavy machinery for which you have completed training.
Ensure high lifts are properly maintained on a regular basis.
Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place at all times and follow all safety procedures.
Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to maintain and exceed expected daily order output
Assist with any and all high lift related job functions when order volume is light
May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.
METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS
High Lift Pickers will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level of 85% for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm. Employee’s schedule may change due to business needs. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Employee is required to be available for additional/overtime as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Detail oriented
Computer literate
A minimum of one year of experience as a high lift picker or comparable equipment is preferrred
Must be able to pass High Lift Picker exams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
High lift licenses (necessary)
OSHA 10 authorization (Preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
Must be comfortable with heights
Frequent walking.
Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion.
Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
High Lift Picker is eligible for Inventory Department Commission plan upon completion of 90 introductory/transfer period.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review
- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Quarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. All handheld users are required to wear the appropriate belt/holster assembly while a unit is in their possession.
Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell Safety Requirements at all times (see safety manual posted online).
