Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Lead
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Radwell International seeks a skilled IT Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead quality assurance efforts for our IT systems, software, and applications. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, focusing on manual testing, test planning, strategy, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive QA strategies for software, systems, and applications across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the development of detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
