Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives and brand presence. This role involves coordinating trade shows, managing brand projects, overseeing sales collateral, and assisting with various marketing tasks to enhance engagement and visibility. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will sit in the Willingboro office and bring strong project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tradeshow Coordination: Manage bookings, set up corporate profiles, gather contacts before/after events, coordinate raffles to maximize engagement and track ROI from sales engagement.
- Website Updates: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to the company website including the coordination of page creation, launch timing, etc.
- Radwell United Support: Assist in marketing efforts related to Radwell United initiatives.
- Brand & General Marketing Project Management: Lead brand and marketing projects as directed by the Director of Digital and Marketing Manager, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and efficient completion within deadlines.
- Swag & Sales Collateral: Order and manage promotional items, sales materials, and branded merchandise.
- Signage & Marketing Materials: Coordinate building signage and updates, posters, nameplates, and ISO materials in partnership with facility managers and HR requests
- Invoice Tracking: Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Sales Support: Manage and fulfill requests from the sales team for marketing assets and resources.

- To meet deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews or project planning / tracking
- To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and other design tools, Monday and other project management tools recommended but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools/software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree Required or related work experience
