JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The primary duties of this position are to inspect, test, clean, and label industrial PLCs and General Controls
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifying Part Numbers on All Units Processed
Inspection, Cleaning and Testing of all Units
Proper use of Shop Assets and Test Fixtures
Power and Diagnostic Testing of All Units
Programming
Support Quality Methods, Processes and Procedures
Support and Improve Quality of Final Product
Support Development of Capabilities
Performing Occasional Light Repair
Processing of Pre-evaluation Units to ‘RTS’ Ready to Sell condition
Proper Handling and Labeling on All Units
Capture Estimated Parts and Labor Cost for PLC and General Control Repairs
Effective Time Management and Prioritization of Work
Proper use of IT systems
Provide your own Hand/Power tools
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a proven track record in a similar technical environment
Must understand the products from technical background and experience testing and troubleshooting
Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment
A positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to identify needed improvements in existing processes and assist in implementations of changes.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends if necessary, in order to complete assignments on schedule and order to meet company goals and objectives.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to evaluate and solve problems as they occur.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One to Three Years Technical School Diploma or experience.
