What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Test Tech position at Radwell International?
JOB SUMMARY Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 day per week 10am-7pm
The primary duties of this position are to inspect, test, clean and label Industrial PLC Center Surplus items at point of sale.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifying Part Numbers on All Units Processed
Inspection, Cleaning and Testing of all Units
Proper use of Shop Assets and Test Fixtures
Power and Diagnostic Testing of All Units
Programming
Support Quality Methods, Processes and Procedures
Support and Improve Quality of Final Product
Support Development of Capabilities
Performing Occasional Light Repair
Processing of Pre-evaluation Units to ‘RTS’ Ready to Sell condition
Proper Handling and Labeling on All Units
Capture Estimated Parts and Labor Cost for Repairs
Effective Time Management and Prioritization of Work
Proper use of IT systems
Provide your own Hand / Power tools
Willingness to work on products outside of your department to support customer backlog
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

Performance Requirements are defined and tracked on a Technician Level Program.
- Radwell International Technician Levels are Output Performance based and all Levels have an associated Minimum Dollars Per Hour Produced Requirement as defined below on this Level chart. The Actual Dollars per Hour Produced is determined by a very basic math equation, Gross Dollars Produced before parts cost and adjustments divided by Total Hours Worked in payroll systems. It is very important that you maintain this mentioned Gross Dollars Produced Per Hour over the course of the year.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to troubleshoot to and solder components is required. Use of hand and power tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

BONUS / COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory Review Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
Monthly Reviews – Number of units shipped, repairs completed, and warranties received and settled.
Annual Reviews – Review same as monthly reviews for year along with Strengths, areas for improvement, and Plans / Goals for upcoming year.
