Performance Metrics are driven by the level chart
Producing between 45 to 60 jobs per month
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to troubleshoot to and solder components is required. Use of hand and power tools.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong Computer proficiency
Being able to multi-task
Ability to work at fast pace
Attention to detail
Problem solving abilities
Good communication skills
PLC test abilities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus

Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.

- Verifying Part Numbers on All Units Processed
- Inspection, Cleaning and Testing of all Units
- Proper use of Shop Assets and Test Fixtures
- Power and Diagnostic Testing of All Units
- Programming
- Support Quality Methods, Processes and Procedures
- Support and Improve Quality of Final Product
- Support Development of Capabilities
- Performing Occasional Light Repair
- Processing of Pre-evaluation Units to ‘RTS’ Ready to Sell condition
- Proper Handling and Labeling on All Units
- Capture Estimated Parts and Labor Cost for Repairs
- Effective Time Management and Prioritization of Work
- Proper use of IT systems
- Provide your own Hand/Power tools
- Willingness to work on products outside of your department to support customer backlog
QA CONTROLS TECHNICIAN LEVEL METRICS

- Level 1 = $33.6K Monthly, $200 hourly Minimum
- Level 2 = $54.6K Monthly, $325 hourly Minimum
- Level 3 = $75.6K Monthly, $450 hourly Minimum
- Level 4 = $96.6K Monthly, $575 hourly Minimum
- Level 5 = $117.6K Monthly, $700 hourly Minimum
- Level 6 = $138.6K Monthly, $825 hourly Minimum
- Level 7 = $159.6K Monthly, $950 hourly Minimum

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
- Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly Reviews – Number of units shipped, repairs completed, and warranties received and settled.
- Annual Reviews – Review same as monthly reviews for year along with Strengths, areas for improvement, and Plans/Goals for upcoming year.
Salary : $200 - $950
