The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking full-time musculoskeletal radiologists for the clinical practice or clinician-educator tracks.
Position Summary :
Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
Services provided to Vanderbilt University Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and Vanderbilt Health outpatient centers
VUMC has a busy and growing Orthopedic Surgery practice including : Level I trauma center and tertiary referral center
NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center and NCCN Member Center
Focus on well-being, with a culture of collegiality, collaboration, & creativity
Daily clinical work includes interpretation of diagnostic studies and image-guided intervention
Opportunity to develop and grow professional interests
Academic rank and salary commensurate with experience
Position Requirements :
Fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology
Hold an MDor equivalent degree
ABR eligible / certified
Eligible for TN medical license
Comfort / willingness to perform routine fluoroscopy / CT / US guided procedures
Participation in multidisciplinary conferencesand education of trainees and medical students
