We work with referring physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, pain management and rehabilitation doctors, neurologists, neurosurgeons and chiropractors, as well as case managers, personal injury attorneys, sports teams and others interested in achieving the best in medical imaging; we also directly serve patients, who are their own best advocates.
The Opportunity
Washington Open MRI is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to work at our brand new Owings Mills office. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization playing a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer service.
Requirements : Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Greet patients and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
Enter data accurately into patient’s accounts
Patient Registration
Check-in and Check-out
Insurance verification
Collect patient fees
Other duties as assigned by manager
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
Bilingual a plus
Prior medical office experience a requirement
