Rady Children's Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rady Children's Hospital and Health Center with just over 500 employees. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.
RCPMS seeks friendly, motivated, and dependable individuals for our Full-Time Medical Assistant opening.
Our dayside clinics are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients. Performs basic administrative and technical support services within the scope of a medical assistant. Works with patients, families and other customers and handles inquiries in a responsive and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- Current BLS certification.
- New grads welcome!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Pleasant attitude, a professional appearance and a willingness to assign high priority to patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

The pay range for this position is $25-$27 per hour.
The generally expected starting rate is $25-$27 per hour. The exact starting compensation for this position will be dependent upon a variety of factors including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
