Role Description:
The SAP Environmental Health and Quality Management Manager is responsible for the analysis and configuration of SAP system to meet Business process design and application requirements related to Environmental Health and Safety as well as Quality Management, both within a S/4 environment.
Responsibilities include:
Leading efforts to gather client's Business process requirements
Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs, as well as building system configuration
Implementing detailed Business process functional solutions to meet client's requirements
Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
Creating associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.
Maintaining, enhancing and/or configuring SAP processes including those that interface with other applications
Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus
Managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Mandatory Qualifications:
? Minimum 7 years of SAP ECC, S4 HANA and EHS and QM Functional experience
? Team lead experience
Federal-specific requirements:
? U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Federal government experience
SAP S/4 experience
Relevant SAP certifications
