ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Mostly Remote
The resource need to be onsite once a week in a month. Location is Battle Creek, MI. The client is pay the expenses.
Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- ServiceNow Configuration:
- Design and configure ServiceNow instances to meet business requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow custom applications and scripts.
- API Integration:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs.
- Create and manage API keys and tokens.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues.
- Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration activities between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test cases to validate ServiceNow implementations.
- Identify and resolve defects and issues.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
- Develop user documentation and guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration.
- Proven experience in API development and integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM modules.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
