Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced injector with a minimum of 2 years of independent experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and performing laser treatments. You must be a compassionate and outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Key Responsibilities:
Competency 1: Aesthetic Procedure Expertise
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
- Ensure the highest standard of patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction during all procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Provide clear, detailed explanations of procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient charts and treatment plans.
Competency 2: Deliver an Outstanding Patient Experience (RAE)
- Greet patients warmly with eye contact, a smile, and address them by their first name upon arrival.
- Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and expectations of different procedures.
- Ensure that every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Competency 3: Cultivate a Positive Working Environment (RAE Staff Experience)
- Lead by example and support the medical assistants and front desk team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative, and drama-free environment by promoting open communication and mutual respect.
- Uphold the standards of care and excellence that are integral to our spa’s reputation.
- Help guide new team members, providing mentorship when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent experience performing injectable procedures (Botox, dermal fillers) and laser treatments.
- Personality: Outgoing, compassionate, and driven by the desire to help others feel their best.
- Skills: Highly skilled in injectables and laser treatments, with a deep understanding of facial anatomy, advanced techniques, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to patient satisfaction, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Additional Requirements: Must have appropriate licensure and certification to perform aesthetic procedures in your state (e.g., RN, PA, or MD).
