B2B Sales:
Raedwood seeks a highly motivated & experienced individual to develop B2B sales by working directly with builders, developers and contractors. Qualified candidates will work with both their existing contacts and also actively expand their network within the Whatcom County construction community to drive cabinetry sales for new construction residential and multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will be willing to go the extra mile to build relationships and trust by operating with the utmost integrity and commitment to servicing the customer on every project. Experience & Skill Qualifications:
· B2B/wholesale/retail sales (3-5 yrs)
· construction management and/or building products sales (min 5 yrs combined)
· cabinet design and/or sales (preferred)
· business development and/or marketing (preferred)
· proficient at reading and interpreting plans and spec documents (min 5 yrs)
· general computer skills (word, excel, bluebeam, etc)
· intermediate math and advanced English language skills
· acute business sense and entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities:
· Research & identify regional sales targets and generate sales leads.
· Build contact lists, make sales calls, follow ups, etc.
· Actively develop and maintain a B2B client base.
· Participate in industry networking events.
· Organize trade/community outreach events.
· Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate measurements and designs and generate proposals.
· Travel to project sites for design meetings, construction coordination, field measurements & service calls.
· Collaborate with team members in the office, on the shop floor and on construction sites to complete projects efficiently and provide top-notch service from start to finish.
Compensation Package:
· Realistic earning potential $100k-150k for highly motivated individuals
· Commission only
· Profit-sharing bonuses
· Uncapped Commission
