We’re looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our growing pastry team at Raf’s, with a start date in mid-April. This is an exciting time to step into the role, as our pastry program continues to evolve with new menu offerings and creative initiatives like our Croissant Club, which celebrates seasonal flavors and imaginative viennoiserie. You’ll work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to refine and expand the program, leading the pastry team with precision and creativity. This role involves managing daily production, maintaining high standards of execution, and contributing to the development of thoughtful, balanced desserts that reflect Raf’s style. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of pastry techniques, and a passion for creating memorable pastry experiences.
